Returns can be made within 45 days of order delivery. Due to regulations, items must be in unused and unwashed condition with original packaging. Minky Robes and Rouge the Label Pajamas are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery and must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. Pet Couture items are eligible for return within 30 days of order delivery and must be in new and unopened condition.
Returns will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase or a Minky Couture gift card depending on the situation. No straight across exchanges. 

 

Holiday Return Policy: Extended to January 31st. Robes and Rouge the Label Pajamas extended to January 14th.

 

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange along with final sale items which include “final sale” in the product name. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items shipped outside of the United States or to military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. Orders placed on Facebook or Instagram can only be returned for store credit.

If you checked out with Redo, your return shipping costs will be covered for exchanges and returns for store credit. Otherwise, a $10 flat rate shipping fee will apply to all returns that are refunded to the original payment method, along with all returns and exchanges on orders that did not include Redo.

 

Returns are also available in our six store locations. In-store exchanges will be issued in the amount of the original purchase to a merchandise gift card. This will then be used towards the new purchase with the best current promotion. Proof of purchase is required for an exchange.

    If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team at info@minkycouture.com within 30 Days. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
